Journey Camp is high-energy and action-packed. Each day is filled with activities to build up your students and make sure that they have a blast along the way. The day begins and ends with worship sessions where students dig into God’s Word and celebrate who He is. In between, your group will rotate between various recreation, team-building, and free time activities. We know how important camp is in the life of a student ministry, so we make sure that you as a leader are able to spend your time hanging out and building relationships with your students while you all enjoy camp.
We emphasize and make time for small groups, because we understand that this is where the growing really happens. Your student group will have the chance to gather after worship each night to discuss what’s happening and dive into what God is showing you.
Journey Camp is 5 days. Your student ministry is 365. Camp is awesome because it pulls your students out of their everyday lives and puts their focus intensely on Jesus for a week, creating an environment where the Holy Spirit speaks in a powerful way. Then what? Our goal is that camp is not the destination, but rather a launching point that sets your leaders and your ministry up for a the whole year. We strive to send you home more connected as a group, prepared to take what God has spoken and continue growing in it – ready to change the world. We love partnering with youth leaders and churches who are discipling students through the local church, and we hope to provide tools and resources to aid you in this Journey.
Check-In begins at 3:00 PM on Day 1. Have your group’s medications and any paperwork on hand to help the process run as smoothly as possible.
Departure on Day 5 will be around 11:00 AM.
Afternoon Activities will be scheduled by sign-up this year. Your group leader should receive a link to schedule sign-ups in advance, but sign-ups will also be available at check in. To request the sign-up link, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Sessions: $307/person. Complete all Registration requirements by one month prior to camp date and receive $10 off each individual fee.

Group leaders, reserve your spaces today by completing the online Group Registration and sending in a $50 deposit per attendee. Once registration and deposits are received, we’ll contact you with more info for individual campers to register.
More Details: The deposit for Journey Youth Camp is $50.00 per attendee and is required within 10 days of the day you reserve your spots for camp. Highland Lakes Camp cannot hold spots that have not been secured with a deposit after 14 days. Churches must send one adult counselor for every eight female and every eight male campers. Counselors must be at least 19 years of age, are required to be housed with their campers, and are expected to assist in the camp activities.
